The Eacy Feed is available with both a single and a double spiral feeder and various filling volumes: 0.15, 0.75, 1.2, and 2.5 liters.
Outside the Eacy Feed series, stationary feeding systems with filling volumes of 0.05, 6, and 12 liters are also available.
It supplies various components: screws, nuts, threaded studs, O-rings, suitable for use in a clean room, and much more.
EACY FEED met een handschroevendraaier
Consists of a vibratory feeder and a hand screwdriver.
A new screw is fed after screwing the screw present in the sleeve onto the nozzle. The feeding is fully automatic and is performed by the automatic feeder’s control system. The only thing an operator needs to do is allow the nozzle to fully extend after a screwing cycle. The nozzle is connected to the screwdriver by means of a spring-loaded guide. The Eacy Feed automatic hand screwdrivers can be equipped with 1 or 2 screwdrivers. Nuts can also be processed with the Eacy Feed series.
The Eacy Feed system for feeding screws or nuts to a hand screwdriver is available in 0.15, 0.75, 1.2, and 2.5 liter versions.

EACY FEED in een stationaire opstelling
De stationaire toevoerunits worden toegepast in semi- of volautomatische productieprocessen,
waar schroeven worden verwerkt en ingedraaid of waar onderdelen samengebracht en/of gepositioneerd moeten worden.
Voor de verwerking van schroeven biedt DEPRAG stationaire trilvullers voor schroeven van M1 tot M20. Steellengtes van 5 mm tot 130 mm zijn mogelijk. Deze trilvullers zijn ook een goede oplossing voor het toevoeren van verzonken schroeven.
Voor het verwerken van allerlei soorten onderdelen zijn er oplossingen op maat.
Denk hierbij aan handzame onderdelen, O-ringen, moeren, stiften enz.
De stationaire Eacy Feed serie is leverbaar met een vulvolume van 0.15, 0.75, 1.2 of 2.5 liter voor schroeven.
